Quick answers
- Where is my order? Orders leave our fulfilment partner in 1-2 business days and usually arrive within 8-15 business days. Tracking is emailed as soon as the parcel is scanned.
- Ordered more than one item? Items can ship separately and arrive on different days. That is normal and you are not charged extra for it.
- Need to return something? You have 30 days. Message us first and we will send instructions before you post anything back.
- Arrived damaged or wrong? Tell us within 14 days and attach a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full, and you will not pay return postage.
